Dear Friend,

Happy New Year! The Gift is given. God has blessed us with an awareness of His very own presence within us. Christ within us. Help is forever available, all we need to do in this New Year is to ask, turn within and speak the word. His only begotten Son indwells every man, woman, boy and girl and awaits our recognition. As we become fully aware of the Christ presence, the gift of God within us, we feel the need to relinquish every sense of fear or anxiety about our life and affairs. We believe that this New Year holds only the very best for ourselves and our loved ones. We deny all the negative predictions and hold onto the Truth that God is love, God is good.

God’s will for us is absolute good. His plan will bring only amazing joy and happiness into our life, we can trust His plan. The scripture reminds us that as we desire only good things for our children, so does our creator desire the best for us. If your son or daughter asks for bread, we being human will not give him/her a stone, neither will our heavenly Father give to us the undesirable or that which will cause harm. We can trust this holy presence that resides within us to meet our every need. Let us begin today by remaining focused, let us practice listening for the still small voice, let us practice consulting and communicating with this voice before we move or make decisions, let us become acquainted with Spirit’s ways and guidance. God constantly spoke to the prophets of yesterday, and every man and woman is his own prophet. Jeremiah was told ‘I will write my law in their hearts,’ this means God will speak to each one of us individually.

Indeed, we should make listening for the still small voice our only New Year’s resolution and we will never go wrong. Elijah saw the wind, the earthquake, and lightning, God was in neither of them because they were all on the external; but then came the ‘still small voice’. There is only one escape from the commanding force of sense consciousness which is the cause of our steadfast gaze on the material world of appearances, and that is hearing the inner voice of God. Spirit is always speaking but no one is listening. We let our New Year’s prayer be ‘speak Lord Thy servant listens.’ As we pray for guidance let us be alert, receptive, open, obedient, and ready to do the will of our creator. Prayer brings us into conscious communion with our God. There is no other link to God Mind than through the power of prayer. There is no other way to have a happy year than by putting God first and having our Creator as our constant companion, and our best friend. A prosperous life demands a prayerful consciousness as taught by Jesus. He prayed in people’s homes, in the garden, on the hill side, by the sea of Galilee, on the Jordan river, and on the cross, He knew the way to keep connected to His Heavenly Father. It was the only way, there is no other way, true success is found only in Christ. Seeing how lost humanity was, God in His love sent His Son, yes, ‘the Gift is given,’ and that gift is Christ which Paul said is our only hope of Glory. The New Year holds great potentials for every believer who will open his mind and heart to Christ. I do not believe our destiny is pre-ordained, but as we sing in our joy song, ‘we make our own world wherever we are.’

Dear one, we thank you for your generous support to this ministry through out the past year, your free-will offering not only blesses your life but helps another as well. May the Spirit of Truth ever light up your world and enrich your life with an abundance of every good thing that your heart desires. Let 2012 be your prosperity year, let there be success, health, and happiness at every turn in the road for you and your family, as you grow in love and truth. God bless you, I love you.
